Dear Sir,

I am writing to request the availability of an official vehicle for use 
on Wednesday, 4th November, and Thursday, 5th November, 2026, to 
facilitate scheduled business development activities.

The vehicle will be required for property scouting, market assessment, 
and business development engagements across Ajah, Lekki, and the 
surrounding areas. These activities are essential to expanding our 
property portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and 
strengthening our market presence.

Given the distances involved and the need to cover multiple locations 
efficiently, access to an official vehicle will greatly support the 
successful execution of these assignments.

I would appreciate your approval and assistance in making the vehicle 
available for the stated dates.
